The house did not exist

We did not stay at the house. The house we rented was not the same house on the property. We never even went inside. We’ve spent all weekend exchanging emails, texts and phone calls to no avail. They are refusing to refund our money even though we have pictures and proof of location.

Don't stay here!!

Not clean. Terribly dirty, chicken bones,orange slices. Evidence of RODENTS!!!all over house. Refrigerator also dirty. We left the property after 1 night and they would only refund our cleaning fee. I won't use vrbo or vacasa anymore.
