Our regular check out time is 11:00am. Please remember to empty the fridge and the freezer, and move the waste bags out. The bin is at the back of the house.
Also, switch off all lights and press the padlock button on the main entrance keypad upon your departure. Please check that you haven't left anything behind.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

As a newcomer to Regina, I stayed at this property for three months and had a lovely, cozy, and comfortable stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the location was reasonably close to the Grasslands shopping centre and the Sherwood Co-op food store.The host, Seyi, was just wonderful – incredibly kind and very welcoming. I would like to thank him for checking in on me throughout my stay, for always making sure the pathway to my door was cleared of snow, and for the very thoughtful Christmas treats that were left for me.I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Regina.

Seyi was the most amazing host you could ever ask for. This was the first time I had booked with VRBO and was a little confused.....no problem, Seyi explained what had happened and all was good.Fast forward to my pending arrival, I received a message from Seyi, explaining the check in process (and it was spot on). I messaged him regarding the parking as my flight was due to come in just after midnight and I was concerned if there would be an issue. Not at all, again solution provided.I walked down into the suite, and it was exactly like the pictures and in fact much better than I had expected. The large walk in closet was great to hang up my clothes for the 5 days I was there. I messaged a couple of other times, and immediate response and help.So many restaurants within 5 minutes, as well as banks, Super Walmart, Winners etc.Everything seemed brand new. I loved it! I felt safe and secure, which as some may know can be an issue. Not at Bliss....perfect in every way.Seyi, you can be guaranteed that if any of my friends, or I come back, I am directing them straight to you!

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily return. The property matched the photos and description, and the suite was very clean and well maintained. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood close to shopping and public transit. Communication was excellent—Seyi was very welcoming, friendly and responsive. Check-in was seamless, and the pathway was always kept clear of snow. The bed was comfortable, the suite warm, and the Wi-Fi and on-site washer/dryer were appreciated. The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped. As it’s a basement suite, some noise from upstairs is noticeable but not intrusive. I did occasionally have minor issues with the keypad lock in very cold weather, but Seyi provided helpful guidance. Overall, I would recommend the property and would stay here again.
