This is a special place, with stunning lake and Mountain Views. Sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. It’s remote and so peaceful and the Evolve team were very helpful.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this property. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked and easy to use, the living space was ideal for socializing. But, the deck is the true glory of this property - the view of the mountains, reservoir, and wild horse herd is extraordinary. We used the property for work - but I would stay again with family or friends with easy day trips to Taos or the Sand Dunes!

Beautiful home with spacious livingroom and kitchen area, and loved the view on the balcony. Could lay there all day ! I would suggest really knowing the directions because my GPS took me to the wrong route. Do not take Black Elk road! Lol

I enjoyed my stay and would think about renting the property again next year. My one glitch was the driveway. I didn't think to ask in advance if it was tricky. It was one of those 'mountain driveways' that tends to be a slightly steeper grade getting in and out. It was covered in gravel which seemed to work better for a smaller vehicle but offered challenges to a full-sized truck. Plus, right at the very top, as you merged onto the main dirt road, there is a bit of a blind spot for oncoming cars. Other than that, I loved the view of the water and all of the wild horses!
