Please note: the bedroom is furnished with sheer curtains, which allow natural light to enter but are not block-out. Guests may park in the driveway, as the garage is not available for use.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.

This was the third property we stayed at on our Australia vacation. It was by far the best. Everything you see in the listing is as advertised or better.The lock box check in was simple to find/use. We did not have a vehicle so we cannot comment on the garage facility. The front office, lift and pool area were consistently clean and well maintained.The location of the property is fantastic. It is two blocks from the esplanade and a great restaurant...Muddys. Once on the esplanade its about a 15 minute walk to the lagoon/docks area. If you are headed to the Great Barrier Reef this is where the boats are. It also is full of restaurants and shopping. The room itself is outstanding. Obviously due to the climate the A/C needed to work well and it did. The other plus was ceiling fans. The bedroom, living room and the balcony all had one. Game changer. The bed and couch were also very comfortable. Lastly, the nicest of touches....two full containers of chilled water in the fridge at check in. Its a small thing, but very thoughtful.The pool was very nice and was a great place to relax during the heat of the day. Again, very clean and maintained daily. The entire property was spotless.Last tip would be to get an umbrella and use the very affordable buses When it rains in Cairns..it really rains. Like soaked to the bone rain. Nice to have a washer/dryer in the room. This is an incredible property and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
