I thoroughly enjoyed my 8-night stay at this delightful studio in Montparnasse! The studio was clean, cozy & comfortable. The location was excellent! The neighbourhood was very safe & the people were friendly. It wasn't touristy and the restaurants and supermarkets were great! I highly recommend this lovely studio. I will go back for sure!

Great host and nice location. Studio is quite dark but does have windows that open. Adjacent to the building entrance on the ground floor so you will hear folks as they enter and leave. (door slams). Sofa bed was tricky to fold up and having to fit the slipcover over it afterwards got tiresome.

Owen was a very pleasant guest to communicate with, warm and friendly throughout his stay. Following his departure, the studio required a thorough cleaning before being restored to its original, spotless condition, ready to welcome its next guests. I’m sorry the sofa bed did not quite meet his expectations. It is a comfortable sofa bed, although I appreciate that individual preferences and expectations can vary. Thank you, Owen, for your feedback, and I wish you all the best for your future travels B

Maurizio was an absolutely lovely guest, thoughtful, kind and very easy to communicate with. Hosting him was my very first experience on this platform, and I couldn’t have hoped for a better start. He was respectful of the space, relaxed, and left the studio in perfect condition. It was truly a pleasure to welcome him, and I would be delighted to host him again. I warmly recommend him to any host

What a super location! With a short walk to two transportation hubs, one can easily travel around Paris. Like to walk? You will be only 3 km to Notre Dame. The nearby Rue Daguerre is like a 5-block long food court! The studio apartment was compact and complete -- everything you need and very comfortable. As a solo traveler, I found the place to be just what I needed.Beatrice was a helpful hostess, with advice about where to shop and where to visit. She even went out of her way to help me receive a FedEx package.
