great location and everything was great and smooth, however, it was dirty in unconvnetional places upon arrival. coffee stains were on the kitchen bench and under the TV, the paper towel has stains on the top of the roll, plates and cups hadn't been washed properly. i figure its because you're asked to leave it how you found it, i hope someone comes in between and cleans it but it didn't seem like it....communitation with staff was divine!

Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positives, especially with communication! I’m very sorry that the cleanliness did not meet your expectations on arrival. We aim for every property to be spotless and I’ll make sure to address this with our cleaning team to prevent it happening in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope this won’t deter you from staying with us again. Warm regards, Jenny
