Welcome to The Southampton Easy, a comfortable, well-kept home designed for relaxed days by the pool and slow evenings by the firepit. Set on a quiet street just minutes from Southampton Village and Shinnecock Hills (2026 U.S. Open venue), it’s an ideal base for families, golf groups, or anyone looking for an easy, peaceful stay with plenty of room to unwind.



The Space:

This traditional Southampton home feels relaxed and easy from the moment you walk in. The main floor has an open living and kitchen area that keeps everyone connected, a formal dining room, and a second living space with a door—ideal for remote work or a quiet call. New hardwood floors, a modern laundry room, and a main-floor half bath add everyday comfort.

• Primary Suite: King bed, jetted soaking tub, walk-in closet

• Bedroom 2: King bed with en-suite bathroom

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed

• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

• Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a well-kept hall bath



Upstairs, the primary suite’s tub is genuinely relaxing after a long day, and the second king suite gives families or groups extra privacy.



Outdoor Space

The backyard is the heart of this home. The heated pool, surrounded by mature gardens and a flat, spacious lawn, is perfect for slow afternoons or spring sunshine. The outdoor shower is great after a swim, and the firepit set near the hydrangeas becomes a natural gathering place in the evenings.

This property is designed for simple, enjoyable time together—whether it’s early-season lounging, grilling, or a quiet morning coffee outside.



2026 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills

This home makes a fantastic base for the U.S. Open. Shinnecock Hills is an easy drive away, and the house offers multiple living spaces, two king suites, strong WiFi, and a quiet setting for guests who want comfort and privacy during the tournament week. Parking for up to four cars adds convenience for players, staff, media, or families coming to watch.



Seasonal Notes

Outdoor amenities—including the pool, grill, and furniture—are typically available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. They are stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day.

Pool heat is available for a $45/day fee.

If your stay falls outside the typical pool season, please ask about availability.

Guests have full access to the entire home, pool area (seasonal), yard, firepit, outdoor shower, and driveway parking.

• This home includes accidental damage coverage and requires a signed Guest Rental Agreement. This covers incidental property damage (not trip cancellation). Longer stays will require an additional damage deposit.
