There are no curtains, only blinds so really no privacy and a lot of light comes in early in the morning. Bathroom heater did not work. We booked a 6 night stay and only had 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes. More towels were needed and hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen were needed. Dining table chairs were not sturdy when sat on and couch was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that issues regarding privacy, comfort, and amenities impacted your six-night stay. We apologize that the blinds did not provide the level of darkness or privacy you expected, and we regret that the bathroom heater was not working. We understand your frustration with the limited linen supply; while we typically provide one set of towels per guest, we apologize we did not proactively arrange for a linen refresh during your longer stay. We have immediately directed our maintenance team to check the bathroom heater and the dining table chairs. We also apologize that you found the couch uncomfortable. We encourage all guests to reach out directly during their stay if anything is needed, but we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we can improve the comfort and stocking of our cabin.
