Situated inside 'The Quay' a newly established waterfront complex surrounded by the flowing water and natural bushland of Sussex Inlet, this amazing holiday home offers both a central location, yet set away from the crowds and main street. This particular spot affords privacy, a peaceful and relaxing, natural aspect, free of disruptions. Take a tour of this Hamptons inspired home, with downstairs featuring an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with butler's pantry, complete with water and bushland views. A separate sun-filled seating area, where you can escape the rest of the family, enjoy a glass of red and catch up on your reading. Downstairs also features a toilet & powder room, internal laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

Make your way upstairs and you will find four welcoming bedrooms, all with water views. The palatial master bedroom features a sitting area, walk in robe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 is queen-sized with a walk-in robe whilst bedroom 3 features a double bed and walk-in robe. Lastly, bedroom 4 features 2 single beds that can be converted to a double bed, if required, and a built-in wardrobe. Upstairs also features the main bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower, and toilet.

There is a family/theatre space with a smart tv and lounge seating.

The comforts do not end here! Outside the home has been designed with entertainment for all in mind, with a 3 level, landscaped outdoor space with water and bushland views from every direction. The top level includes a fully fenced, undercover outdoor alfresco area with a BBQ, lounge setting and dining setting with umbrella. The second level includes an outdoor fire pit with timber seating and the third level includes a shared jetty, fishing platform and man-

made beach area, perfect for the little ones to enjoy.
