Temperature control is handled via a mini-split system for reliable comfort year-round.
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is beautifully tiled, upgraded with retro-inspired Big Chill appliances and outfitted with all necessary accessories to confidently head to the Saturday Farmers Market and prepare a meal at home. A stackable washer/dryer is tucked just off the kitchen for full convenience.
The dining area adjoins the kitchen and opens to the patio, making indoor/outdoor meals effortless and natural.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside from the dining area to a private adobe-walled courtyard with a portal that provides shaded dining space. The outdoor dining area seats four.
