The house sleeps 12 comfortably.

Bedroom 2 : Double Bed - Beautiful Kids Room Sleeps 2 people

The backyard is nicely gravelled with walk path and additional upgrades are ongoing expected to be completed by summer 2025. Meanwhile, the backyard is functional for use.

Entry is easy and secure: a key will be provided in a lockbox on the FRONT railing, or your host will meet you personally for check-in.
Other Things to Note:
This is a newly built neighborhood, so you may notice occasional light construction activity or some dust on the street during your stay.
The backyard is nicely gravelled with walk path. Additional upgrades are ongoing and expected to be completed by summer 2026. Until then, backyard is available for use.

Please leave the home tidy to avoid extra cleaning fees.
Indoor footwear only, especially on carpets.
No food in the bedrooms, please.
Clean appliances after use.
Before checkout, please place used linens in the laundry area and put all trash, compost, and recycling in the front bins. Extra cleaning fees will apply if waste is left behind or not placed in bins.
Checkout: Lock unit & return key to the FRONT lockbox. Lost keys will be charged.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors.
No Drug Use: Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.
