I have worked with them for 20 years and they will charge you less in fees than VRBO. I start accepting bookings through Bud Church in January and VRBO in March. I hope to hear back from you. Location is great! Easy use with door locks and check in. Owners are very responsive to any questions or issues. A great place for a family to stay that loves a more quiet and family friendly location on boardwalk. Many restaurants within walking distance

Wonderful location. Shuttle to lower boardwalk stops here. The condo was like new and very clean! Loved the balcony!! The owner was friendly and answered questions quickly.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location to be close enough and walk, yet be far enough away to have some peace and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here. Greg and Eileen were fantastic with any communication that was needed.

Spacious & clean condo with breathtaking view

So thankful to have come across this condo. It made for the perfect family vacation. The host was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. The condo was clean and fully stocked with all the amenities of home. The location is perfect. The balcony was much bigger than we expected! We sat out and had dinner on it a few nights which the kids loved! Looking forward to returning next summer!

Fantastic!!

Right on the boardwalk with spectacular views. The place has everything that you would ever need or want. Our family of 7 were super comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Been coming to OC for over 15 years and this place contributed to best year ever. Would 110% recommend to anyone.

We have rented this property for over 20 years using a local OC reality company ( Bud Church Reality). While we are still using Bud Church, this is the first year we have supplemented our rental activities by using VRBO. We have had a long history of repeat renters. Clients keep returning because they feel that it is there unit during their stay and they take care of it that way. This works out for everybody.

What makes this property unique

Ocean City MD is a host to many activities all year long. Special events and concerts down at the inlet or in the Convention Center. Go to Oceancitymd.gov for details on annual events such as Springfest, Sunfest, Winterfest and Ocean City Christmas Parade and Festival of Lights.
Weekly: Sundaes in the Park – Free live concert series held next to the lagoon at Northside Park, 200 – 125th Street, Ocean City. Purchase ice cream or refreshments on site! Held every Sunday after Fourth of July through Labor Day weekend. Hours are 7pm to 9pm following by fireworks on site (fireworks by Image Engineering, TEAM Productions and Special Event Productions). Event moves indoors for inclement weather. Bring your own seating.
