Fantastic CBD Location & Exceptional Service!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. The location is unbeatable, especially for sports fans—we loved the easy access to the Australian Open. We could either take a scenic walk along the beautiful Yarra River or hop on the free trams to get to the grounds in minutes.The Highlights:• Peace & Quiet: Despite being central, the building is incredibly quiet.• Amenities: The gym is excellent, modern, and was never crowded during our visit.• Top-Tier Service: Our property manager, Kevin, was fantastic. He was extremely attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome.A Few Notes for Future Guests:While we had a great stay and found the apartment to be a very cost-effective solution, there are a few minor areas for improvement. The listing photos appear to be several years old; the couch is now quite worn and missing its back cushions and was not comfortable. We also felt the apartment and hallway could have been a bit cleaner upon arrival. Additionally, some printed manuals or instructions for the HVAC and household equipment would have been very helpful!Overall: Even with those minor hiccups, the location and Kevin’s hospitality made this a wonderful base for our Melbourne trip. Thanks again, Kevin!
