The cabin was absolutely beautiful, well taken care of. Our family enjoyed being at the cabin and had a beautiful fire pit outside. The hot tub works amazing and helped to ease sore muscles after hunting all day. Florin was fantastic and an attentive host, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I bought this cabin before the pandemic as a way to spend more time outdoors with family and friends and to escape the rainy days of the city. It quickly became our happy place — somewhere to unwind, explore, and make lasting memories through every season.

Now, I’m opening it up to others who share the same love for nature, quiet mornings by the lake, and evenings around a fire. My goal isn’t to run a business — just to help cover the operating costs while giving others a chance to experience the peace and beauty that Osprey Lake offers.

Why they chose this property

Osprey Lake is a truly special place, offering the best of all four seasons — with summer and winter as the highlights. In summer, step outside the cabin and you’re surrounded by nature. Explore the mountains by car or ATV, hike the scenic Kettle Valley Railway trail, swim in the clear lake, and end your evenings stargazing by the fire.

In winter, you’ll only wish you stayed longer. The area receives about 55 inches of snow each year, turning it into a peaceful wonderland. There’s nothing quite like walking on the frozen lake under the afternoon sun. The public lake access is just a one-minute walk from the cabin, making it easy to enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or even have some fun on your ATV on the frozen surface.

What makes this property unique

What makes this place unique is how peaceful and authentic it feels. It’s not a resort or a busy vacation spot — it’s a real cabin in a small, friendly lakeside community where you can slow down and enjoy nature in every season. The cabin is newly renovated, yet it still keeps that rustic lake charm
