Beach Shack near Grand Prix track. Dog friendly.
In the heart of the Island, this spacious home is close to all attractions Phillip Island has to offer. There is an outdoor undercover entertaining area, 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, open plan kitchen & fenced garden . The house is very close to the GP track, and centrally located to the Penguin Parade, Amaze n things, and beaches. In the interest of safety and security, there is a surveillance camera in the carport.
There is a fully equipped neel y renovated kitchen, with dishwasher and microwave. Flat yard which is great for children. Complete with lemon tree.
Guests have access to all of the house, and the bedrooms that are made up for them. Guests also have access to the backyard.
interaction with guests will be via phone and e-mail. We will not be attending during your stay.
The beach shack is in the heart of the Island! Only 5 minutes from popular Cows, Smith Surf Beach, Grand Prix Circuit and 15 mins from Penguin Parade.
This home is a great getaway for couples, groups of friends or two families.
Comprising 3 bedrooms with queen beds, and 2 bedrooms with 2 x single beds in each, one bathroom, 2 separate toilets, 2 large open plan lounge rooms, open plan kitchen with new gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, good sized fridge and catering utensils for the keen chef, TV with DVD player, wood fire place, iron and ironing board, outdoor undercover entertaining area with a BBQ that over looks the back garden, space for 3 cars inside the closed gates. The gardens are fully fenced and have many fruit trees, a thick green grass that`s perfect for picnics, and for children to play. We have just installed a new Fujitsu air-conditioner.
There is a great park with play equipment for kids close by.
There is free car parking on our premises. There is a bus stop five minutes walk from the house which goes to Melbourne city. It is best to have your own car as public transport is very limited on the island.
No additional guests that have not bèen booked. Please note only paying guests may enter the propert unless consent from the host. Please note no schoollies. Please note we are in a residential street, and as such no parties, and no noise after 10 pm . Loss of bond could be incurred if we get noise complaints from the neighbours. Thank You

Please note guests may need to purchase their own firewood for their stay. This can be done from the service station.

Please respect the property and leave things as they are found.

Please wash and dry and put away dishes which you use, and wipe stovetop, oven, microwave, and clean bbq if used.
Please note smoking is only allowed outdoors.
