Relaxing stay

We had a lovely time in this peaceful, beautiful accommodation. Communication with the hosts before and during our stay was efficient and friendly and any issues we had were swiftly resolved. The property has a lovely outdoor area and pool, and the house stays lovely and cool in the Provencal heat. The property is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. There are walks and bike rides on the doorstep, and it's only a 15 min walk into the centre of town. We would not hesitate to come back and we would recommend this property.

Privacy and quiet

It was just like the photos and descriptions. We enjoyed it very much. Messaline was very alert en quick in action and reaction. Thanks! We have one advise: a little bit more shade could have been made, b.e. With an extra big parasol.

Serious privacy infringement

Attention: we found out that they used the camera directed to the pool during our stay, although this is forbidden by french law. Earlier customers already complaint about privacy infringement. Besides, due to heavy wind, some furniture outside was broken. They took without any warning an important amount from our bank account. So, if you rent there: you need to force them to see you before your leave and have a signed agreement. The house itself is fine.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit Pool und großem GrundstĂŒck. Komplett umzĂ€unt, gerade fĂŒr Hundebesitzer sehr schön. Der Pool schön erfrischend. Platz ist sehr komfortabel fĂŒr 4 Personen. KĂŒche komplett eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf den Ventoux. Messaline ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Der Check in war Reibungslos. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Exactement! Au calme et sans aucun dĂ©rangement: ni visuel, ni sonore! Un sentiment d’espace dans le jardin trĂšs, trĂšs () bien exposĂ©! L’intĂ©rieur est simple mais suffisant pour nous. Les interactions avec les propriĂ©taires sont minimes mais ils sont prĂ©sents si besoin. En bref: des vacances tranquilles et reposantes. Le village de Pernes est assez proche et vraiment Ă  visiter, re visiter et re re visiter!

Nos pires vacances ! Les propriĂ©taires ne sont absolument pas rĂ©actifs. Ainsi, nous avons signalĂ© le dĂ©faut de fonctionnement de la plancha (toute petite, qui ressemble plus Ă  une pierrade d’intĂ©rieur qu’à autre chose). Nous avons dĂ» attendre une semaine avant qu’ils daignent se manifester, nous privant ainsi de la possibilitĂ© de faire des barbecues. Sans proposer le moindre dĂ©dommagement financier, ni profĂ©rer la moindre excuse. Le propriĂ©taire (qui ne s’est pas prĂ©sentĂ©, qui ne dit pas au revoir) n’est intervenu que le vendredi suivant
La maison Ă©tait sale, il y avait des longs cheveux noirs jusque dans le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Quant Ă  la piscine, malgrĂ© les allĂ©gations du propriĂ©taire, elle n’est pas entretenue rĂ©guliĂšrement.Nous avons fait des photos des filtres lors de notre arrivĂ©e : ils Ă©taient noirs de crasse.Lorsque le propriĂ©taire est venu nettoyer Ă  la fin de la 1ere semaine (il nettoie trois cĂŽtĂ©s de la coque de la piscine, mais oublie le 4eme
), nous avons vu la diffĂ©rence. L’alarme de la maison s’est mise en marche sans raison. Pendant 15 minutes. MalgrĂ© un SMS aux propriĂ©taires, nous n’avons jamais eu la moindre rĂ©ponse. L’alarme de la piscine ne fonctionne pas non plus (nous pensons aux familles).Nous avons Ă©galement peu apprĂ©ciĂ© la camĂ©ra, orientĂ©e vers la piscine (et pas vers le portail, comme annoncĂ©). Deux transats pour quatre (et deux chiliennes inconfortables). Organisez-vous, jeu des chaises musicales pour le farniente

Wir wollen gar nicht viel Werbung machen, weil wir wieder kommen wollen. Es war super, Wanderungen mit dem Hund oder Mountainbike direkt ab dem Haus, Ruhe und viel PrivatsphĂ€re, Einkaufen direkt im Ort mit dem Fahrrad, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Provence nicht weit weg und noch vieles mehr. Vielen Dank, dass wir da sein durften.

Schönes Haus in bester Lage

Escapade en Provence

Ravis de cette semaine passée à Pernes. La maison était trÚs agréable, fraßche et bien isolée, au calme comme souhaité et la piscine rafraßchissante. Assez proche de la ville mais sans les désagréments. Un excellent accueil des hÎtes et tout était parfaitement organisé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Impeccable

Villa trĂšs sympa, un peu loin de tout mais au moins on est pas embĂȘtĂ© par les voisins!! Aucun vis Ă  vis trĂšs au calme. Petit bĂ©mol c’est toujours au soleil devant et la terrasse est mal couverte donc impossible de s’installer dehors le midi si on veut un peu d’ombre.

Maison agréable

Maison conforme à l'annonce, plutÎt bien équipée (la climatisation serait un plus nous avons vraiment eu trÚs chaud plus de 30 degrés dans la maison semaine de canicule). La piscine est vraiment trÚs agréable. Des endroits ombragé dans le trÚs grand jardin clÎturé et sans vis à vis seraient un plus.le jardin est parfait si vous venez avec votre meilleur ami à 4 pattes. Nous avons fait une demande aux propriétaires dans la semaine et ceux ci y ont répondu favorablement trÚs rapidement.

Mauvaise expérience

Location en Avril 2024, pour 80 m2 il n'y a que deux radiateurs electriques. Pas de chauffage dans les chambres, le salon,couloir, nous n'avons jamais eu plus de 18 degrés dans la maison. Le propriétaire surveille votre consommation et vous signale que vous consommez trop. Un samedi il venait pour tondre , le propriétaire s'introduit en notre absence dans la maison, sans autorisation , eteint le seche serviette dans la salle de bain, ouvre la fenetre et coupe son alimentation electrique sur le tableau principal. Inadmissible. La gendarmerie du village m'a conseillé de contacter Abritel pour cette intrusion. Le proprietaire pretexte l'intervention d'un electricien, pour eteindre un seche serviette cela nous semble démesuré. Avons quitté celle ci 3 jours avant la date de fin. Accés facile par boitier code, tranquille, voisinage sympathique,stationnement, nous conseillons toutefois cette location en période douce.

Oase fĂŒr Ruhesuchende

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem schönen und ansprechend und modern restaurierten Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 4 Personen. In 20 Fußminuten erreicht man den wunderschönen Ort Pernes les Fontaines, den wir nahezu tĂ€glich besucht haben. Die Ruhe inmitten von Weinfeldern und mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux haben wir als ausgesprochen erholsam empfunden. Die Vermieter waren diskret, aber schnell vor Ort als wir sie brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

TrÚs calme, reposant, et bien située. Un grand manque de matériel dans la cuisine, dommage. Un support de pommeau douche serait le bienvenu. Bonne literie. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffé pour le mois de septembre, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

TrÚs chouette villa dans une région sublime

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette villa. Elle a Ă©tĂ© refaite complĂštement Ă  neuf et cela avec beaucoup de goĂ»t, mĂ©langeant modernitĂ© et pierres typiques. Le jardin offre un bel espace pour jouer Ă  la pĂ©tanque, au foot et tout ce que vous voulez. Elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e dans un quartier calme, vous avez l’impression d’ĂȘtre seuls au milieu des champs alors qu’il y a tout un quartier derriĂšre et que le village est trĂšs proche. IdĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă©galement pour explorer toute la rĂ©gion. Si je dois citer quelques bĂ©mols ce serait le manque d’accessoires dans la cuisine et l’entretien de la piscine ainsi que des parterres/plantes qui n’est pas optimal. Ce ne sont finalement que des dĂ©tails/axes d’amĂ©lioration. Je vous recommande donc vivement cette villa oĂč nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.
