The Space:

As you step into this air-conditioned seaside apartment, you’re immediately drawn to sweeping ocean views that set the tone for a relaxed coastal stay. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area flows seamlessly onto the balcony, creating an inviting indoor–outdoor connection and the perfect place to unwind with the sea breeze.



Designed for relaxed days at home, the living space features a plush chaise sofa, smart TV, and dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for effortless holiday cooking, with everything from a fridge/freezer and electric cooktop to an oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and toaster. Enjoy access to the sparkling complex pool on the first floor, set within a spacious area with artificial grass and sun loungers—ideal for soaking up the Sunshine Coast sunshine.



Bedroom 1 (Primary Bedroom): Light-filled and capturing beautiful sea views, the primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite. The room opens directly onto the balcony, allowing ocean views and fresh air to become part of your daily routine.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The modern ensuite features a shower, double vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: Styled for comfort and calm, this bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in wardrobe, and peaceful views over the Alex Pond.



Bathroom 2: The spacious second bathroom offers a double vanity and shower.



Bedroom 3: Furnished with two king single beds, this room also includes a ceiling fan, desk, monitor, charging station, built-in wardrobe and an outlook over the Alex pond.



Laundry: The laundry is equipped with a front-loading washing machine, dryer, sink, and a separate toilet.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment on the 3rd level accessible via a lift, along with 1 garage space and access to the complex pool.

The apartment is perfectly positioned directly across the road from Alexandra Headland Beach, which stretches north toward Maroochydore and offers patrolled swimming and scenic coastal walks. Within easy walking distance, you’ll find cosy cafés, local restaurants, and the Alex Surf Club, while major supermarkets are just a short drive away. With nearby playgrounds, a skate park, and oceanfront walking tracks, the area is ideal for both relaxed beach days and exploring the wider Sunshine Coast.

The apartment is perfectly located to explore Alexandra Headland by foot, just across the road from the beach, 500m from the patrolled beach and surf club, and only a 1.5 km walk to Cotton Tree, where you’ll find cafes and boutique shops to enjoy. To explore more of the Sunshine Coast, having a car is ideal. There are local bus services that run frequently throughout the area if needed. The nearest bus stop is approximately 300m away, located on Alexandra Parade at Okinja Road, where you can catch buses heading northbound to Maroochydore or southbound to Mooloolaba, Kawana, and Caloundra.

*No guests under the age of 21 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to the apartment will only be provided after the completion of our form.
