The beds were comfy. The bathrooms were old and need renovating. The first room we were given was not cleaned. The second room was cleaned but a dirty sock in the bed and bathroom only surface cleaned. The location was convenient and breakfast good

This was my third, 4-night stay at Hearthstone, and I have no plans to stay elsewhere either. Your staff are outstanding, and always have a smile for me and are incredibly helpful. I always book a 2-Queen bed, as my best friend travels with me and helps me with many things. I do plan to be travelling to Dartmouth to visit my 89yr old Aunt who lives in Parkland on the Lakes, and this location, along with your staff are the perfect fit for me. However, I have a Disabled Parking Permit as I have 2 spinal fusions and 2 complete knee replacements which tend to make it difficult for walking and hauling luggage, etc. I note that Hearthstone does not have any designated parking spots, and I am awarare that all hotels/motels are required to have designated parking spots which are to be clearly marked. The ramp and the push button to open the door is most convenient and I assume the 2 spots closest to that are to be designated spots as per requirements for such. Whenever I have arrived to check-in, there is usually a large truck and a big-ass strong man there, or cars with folks who appear to have no issues whatsoever with walking, nor are they displaying the Disabled Parking Card. I spoke with the young lady at the desk when I checked out this morning and spoke with her about it. She was so kind as to tell me that, the next stay I book, to let them know and they would put some sort of "reserved" sign. That would be greatly appreciated., but please, install proper signage.
