The host communication was fast & easy, but the unit needs some TLC as the furniture & cabinets were old & worn-out, the washroom was clean but also needs improvement as the toilet seat was hanging by a thread & the amenities were very scant - there s/b an extra roll of toilet paper on hand if you have more than one guest staying for more than one day-but host responded quickly when asked for one. There was no hair dryer. The fridge needs to be plugged in, cleaned/deodorized prior to guest check-in as there was an awful smell when you open it - we didn’t use it nor the kitchen stuff. There were tiny cockroaches in the living area/kitchen. The 2 bath towels & bed linens were fine but extra linens would have been appreciated, too. The main bedroom light switch needs to be fixed. The unit is fine if you are looking for a place to sleep only as the airconditioning was great & the beds were comfy enough. The community was safe & family friendly & near the shopping malls.
