We had an awesome stay at this house. It was so spacious and we found everything we needed. It is a very clean and new house. The bedrooms were huge and the beds were so comfortable. We will stay here every-time we are in Edmonton. Thank you.

Met our needs. Was dismayed to learn it was an extra 50 to use the BBQ…we didn’t want to buy the propane tank…just to use it for one supper!! Listing didn’t mention extra charges for BBQ. The code didn’t work; but I figured that was a ploy to involve property mgr so he could learn the check-in time (read about code issues from other client reviews ). Nice and open floor plan. Some spices, along with coffee & sugar were made available.

This place was beyond perfect for our family! We have children who are on the spectrum and like to be with us, but still in their own space. The upstairs living area that was open to stairs and main area downstairs gave them the perfect place to be near us but still in their own space. With a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as individual bedrooms for each of us, this is a families dream rental! Will definitely book this place for all of our future stays in Edmonton!

They gave me the incorrect check in information before my arrival, as well as the wrong "house rules" book. They gave me information for the basement suite for both. Other than that House was clean and cozy and as listed
