The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the AC back to 77 degrees.
Turn off all the lights and fans.
Please be sure to clean the grill if you used it during your stay. We will impose an additional cleaning fee of $50 if the grill is left dirty.
For the front door, just pull it closed and press the lock icon on the top of the keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
