The house is perfect for anybody who wants a quiet space and in walking distance to most places, specially Georgian College Campus.
We are located just one minute walk from Georgian College campus in Barrie and 5 minute walk from Little Lake and plazas.
We have one double room and two single rooms in the main floor that can house a family or friends.
Besides that, our basement is also avaiable and finished that can host another couple with separate entrance and private bathroom and kitchen.
