The Space:

Every inch of Riverhaus feels intentional. Crafted for balance between modern design and organic warmth. Large black-steel windows frame river views, while layered wood and stone textures soften the architecture.

- Statement stone fireplace as the room’s focal point

- Dining area for 12 with river views through floor-to-ceiling glass

- Chef-inspired layout with marble waterfall counters and bar seating

- Stainless-steel appliances, espresso setup, and full cookware

- Windows overlooking tropical greenery and the riverbank



Bedrooms & Baths

- Primary Suite: King bed + Sofa Bed, river view, and ensuite bath

- Bedroom 2: King bed with river view

- Bedroom 3: King bed with river view

- Bedroom 4: King bed with river view

- Bedroom 5 / Flex Room: Two sofa beds and TV and game lounge

- Four bathrooms with modern fixtures



Outdoor Spaces

Guests have full private access to the home, yard, dock, and outdoor amenities.

Located in Temple Terrace’s Riverhills district, Riverhaus offers a rare blend of tranquility and convenience. Tree-lined streets and waterfront homes make it feel secluded, yet it’s just minutes from Tampa’s highlights.



You’ll be:

- 5 min → Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club

- 10 min → Busch Gardens & USF

- 15 min → Downtown Tampa & Armature Works

- 25 min → Tampa International Airport

- 30 min → St. Pete & Gulf Beaches



Getting Around:

Driveway parking available.

Uber and Lyft arrive within minutes, and the neighborhood’s scenic layout makes it ideal for morning walks or bike rides along the river.



Other Things to Note:

- Originally built in 1970 and thoughtfully modernized to preserve character

- No chores at checkout, just pack up and go; we handle the rest

- Exterior security cameras for safety (not actively monitored)

- Quiet hours 8 PM – 8 AM to respect neighbors and river wildlife

- Starter supplies of coffee, paper goods, and toiletries provided
