Leave garbage bag outside for pickup.
Turn off all lights and space heaters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Please keep all shoes in the designated shoe area. 2. Do not keep food in the bedrooms. 3. Observe quiet hours from 9 PM – 7 AM
No smoking or drug use (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A $250 fee applies if evidence of smoking is found indoors.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Unregistered guests may be removed, and a $40 per-person/night fee applies for additional guests.
