Well. What can I say. Only good thing about the stay was early check-in. Everything else was un satisfactory. Listing says sleeps 19 people with sleeper sofa. However Sleeper sofa was extremely bad. Springs were coming out and cant even sit. 2 bedroom in basement does not have window, no fans, no AC. Cant even sleep there. It feels suffocating. There was no extra pillow, bed, blanket, bath and hand towels. Kitchen did not had enough kitchenware to prepare food. No amenities. No paper products. Would not recommend to anyone. Its not worth the money

Nice neighborhood. They brought towels when we asked for them. Three broken beds which had been fixed before were the biggest problem. There were eight bedrooms, not nine. The packing tape repairing floors and wallpaper and the paint on the fixtures, floors and sinks in some of the rooms were also unexpected.
Broken, slanted queen fold out bed against the wall so only one person could get in and out easily.

The host was great to communicate with, was accommodating and friendly in the planning, and responded to needs as communicated. The home was not what was advertised in the description. That caused a last minute/late night run to Walmart for an air mattress and blanket for the guests who didn’t have the sleeping space we thought was there. I kept track of what was advertised at the time of our booking vs what the reality was when we arrived. We noticed the description had been updated afterward. We originally had 13 guests coming, but the host was very kind to allow us last minute changes. We alerted him that we had 16 guests on day we arrived- still under the 19 possible. The “king” bed in the master bedroom was actually a queen sized mattress with a king headboard. The “sofa bed” was not fit for sleeping on, with broken springs poking up. We had to improvise for that sleeping spot as well. The hot tub listed in the amenities is an indoor bath tub/jacuzzi. The kitchen was very lightly equipped. They had large garbage bags, but no fitting trash can. The sheets were clean and beds made up nicely. The toilets wiped down and surfaces clean. But there’s definitely a need for some deep cleaning. The neighborhood was quiet and the traffic on the main road was light during the night. Overall, we were grateful for a place to stay, and thankfully nobody in our party was too picky. Everyone was a good sport and didn’t complain once we got it all figured out.
