About this property

Brand New Suite Close to Mt. Washington, Cumberland Bike Trails and the Ocean.

We have a brand new large furnished studio suite. The suite is in The Ridge, a new development in the Comox Valley close to Royston and the South end of Courtenay.

The suite will accommodate guests who would prefer to stay in a modern, tastefully decorated, comfortable suite in a new home rather than a hotel. It is suitable for those visiting or working temporarily in the Comox Valley. The suite is above our garage. It is bright, has partial views of the ocean, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The suite has its own private entrance, a designated parking spot close to the entrance and bike and ski storage. An internal staircase is used to access the suite.

From our perspective, this vacation rental was near perfect. Clearly no corners have been cut and there has been a total commitment to the highest quality in every aspect of the facility, from the expansive and comfortable bed, to the lighting, to the fresh cream in the fridge, to the full array of quality kitchen utensils. It seems that every conceivable need has been anticipated and provided for. The suite was absolutely pristine and everything seemed brand new. The unit was perfect! Thoughtfully laid out, thoughtfully stocked, and clean as a whistle. Nicole and Cameron were so quick to reply and super accommodating.
