This 3 bedroom unit is part of a lovely detached home ,located on a quiet street. The unit offers all the comfort of home, parking on the premises. The Master bedroom offers a queen size bed, the second bedroom offers a double size bed and the third bedroom offers a double size bed. No carpet ,all vinyl flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped, central air conditioning, gas heating with your own thermostat to adjust the temperature to your liking. WIFI internet and cable TV available. The house is close to downtown Guelph and grocery shopping.

Was okay, but absolutely reeked of cat/cat urine. I had to open all the windows in the middle of winter to try to air out the smell and that didn’t even really help. Also, you can literally access the downstairs unit from this unit. The door can be unlocked which definitely is not safe.

Hi Jeannie, Thank you for your feedback. The door for the legal basement unit can't be accessed from the unit upstairs as the keys are very different and you only had the keys for the main floor unit. The only access that you had downstairs to, was to the laundry room, which is shared between the units and therefore you have to have access to it. Sorry about any confusion, but you only had keys for the upstairs unit and the people downstairs only had keys for the downstairs unit ,but for the common area, everyone staying in the house, has access to. The unit gets cleaned before people coming in and I never had any complain about cleaning as you can see from other reviews ,but at the same time ,it is a pet friendly unit, as advertised, and some guests bring their pets to the unit. I did not smell any cat urine in the unit, but we will make sure that extra cleaning will be done this time, following your feedback and with the sincere desire of always improving the guest's stay. Thank you for being such a great guest and I hope that you enjoyed the time with your friends!
