Cozy Ground-Floor Room w/ Private Bath & Separate Entrance
Our residence is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with peaceful and easygoing neighbours and close to public transit. If you'd like to enjoy your stay away from traffic and noise, our residence is the place. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with attached bathroom.
30mins drive from the airport or the Ferry Terminal. 3min Walk to Bus Stop.
Close to Walmart, Krispy Crème Donuts, Starbucks, Tim Hortons and Grocery Shopping.
The space
This is a rancher house, everything is on ground floor (no stairs). For guest there is a queen-sized bed with attached full bathroom. Guest gets private entrance to the suite.
Guest access
A spacious patio and a small backyard is part of shared space which is available for access. Guests can enjoy an open view of a park from the patio.
Other things to note
You can set room temperature using a remote to your liking, it is totally independent. It will not affect anyone else’s room temperature in the house.
