Slide open the glass doors to the private balcony, complete with a BBQ and outdoor dining setting—ideal for long lunches with a vibrant backdrop of the esplanade.

The primary bedroom is a retreat in itself, with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a spa-style ensuite featuring a jetted bath, walk-in shower, and enclosed toilet. A stylish second bedroom offers a queen bed and built-in robes, serviced by a sleek main bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet for added convenience.

Within the complex, enjoy free access to shared facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis court, and games room—perfect for laid-back afternoons or family fun. A full laundry with washer and dryer, central heating and cooling, and lift access directly to the apartment add to your daily comforts. Secure off-street parking is available for two cars.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
