Whilst a car is not necessary as you have Electric Scooters, Buses, Trams, Trains Taxis and Ubers at your doorstep, there is also ample parking available across the road at ‘Upark Rundle’ for just $30 per day.

NO NEED FOR A CAR, CLOSE TO ALL TRANSPORT:

The tram is on the next block, with regular trips to Victoria Square - Adelaide Markets, Glenelg Beach, RAH, The Entertainment Centre, and Festival Theatre.

Buses, trains, and also electric scooters at the doorstep.

Visiting Adelaide means you can enjoy some amazing food and beverages at the abundance of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars within a few minutes walk or catch a free bus from our front door to pick up some of the finest fresh produce from the Adelaide Central Market.

Woolworths, Coles and Romeo's Supermarkets a few steps from the apartment. Target and Kmart, and all the major department stores - so close.

SECURE AND SAFE:

Security in the building: via CCTV in common areas, and the use of key/swipe locks to the entrance gate, foyer, lifts, and entrance to the apartment.

YOUR BED:

For a Good Night's Sleep – We give you opportunity to change if you need to get more comfortable. At the Ruthven Mansions apartment, we’ve tried to cater for all comfort desires – so you can have a five star sleep.

The Mattress - Most guests like a firm mattress for support, with a pillow-top for softness. So your mattress is Firm, and it includes a Latex Topper, plus a Foam Overlay. Therefore, if it’s a little too soft on top for your liking, we suggest removing the Latex topper. .

The Pillows - There are 4 different pillow types (heights, density, style) for you to choose the one (or two) that you prefer to sleep with.

The Quilt - For your comfort, your quilt has three warmth options, comprising a 200gsm and a 300gsm that can be secured together. The default set-up is:
Summer: the 200gsm quilt
Autumn/Spring: the 300gsm quilt
Winter: Both secured together = 500gsm quilt

If you wish to Increase or Decrease warmth, the alternative quilt is available to do so.
