Security in the building: via CCTV in common areas, and the use of key/swipe locks to the entrance gate, foyer, lifts, and entrance to the apartment.

YOUR BED:

For a Good Night's Sleep – We give you opportunity to change if you need to get more comfortable. At the Ruthven Mansions apartment, we’ve tried to cater for all comfort desires – so you can have a five star sleep.

The Mattress - Most guests like a firm mattress for support, with a pillow-top for softness. So your mattress is Firm, and it includes a Latex Topper, plus a Foam Overlay. Therefore, if it’s a little too soft on top for your liking, we suggest removing the Latex topper. .

The Pillows - There are 4 different pillow types (heights, density, style) for you to choose the one (or two) that you prefer to sleep with.

The Quilt - For your comfort, your quilt has three warmth options, comprising a 200gsm and a 300gsm that can be secured together. The default set-up is:
Summer: the 200gsm quilt
Autumn/Spring: the 300gsm quilt
Winter: Both secured together = 500gsm quilt

If you wish to Increase or Decrease warmth, the alternative quilt is available to do so.
