We stayed for three nights with four adults, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay. We had a car, so getting into town was easy and convenient. Shopping and other essentials are nearby, including Walmart and several other stores. The accommodation was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, and we encountered absolutely no issues during our stay. The host was pleasant, friendly, and easy to communicate with, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a hassle-free stay, and we would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Setup great. we look in fridge which was disgusting. Stove was no better. The microwave is disgusting u run your finger on it and grease comes off....clearly not even wiped down. Toaster and coffee machine as well as the glass kettle. ..not clean.bedroom with queen bed lift up the sheets....ohh man I hope that little black speck on old mattress ( may want to invest in a mattress protector not just a cover) should have protectors on. The pillows were extremely old with yellow stains. Check out the 2 single beds in other room. Pull back blanket....with how the sheets are looks like they were slept on? Had something i think a fly between the top sheet and bottom sheet. bathroom....had .alot of mold in shower and some on sink which could have been taken off with a bit of a rub from a brush..tracks from shower have dirt....Hardly slept seen both of us just slept on couch because it was leather and could be wiped down before laying down. I would not be proud to rent out in such filth. Door handle for the outside door kept falling off when you'd close it.Then to top things off the loud noise from upstairs continued all through the evening until way after midnight. Then started again before 6 a.m. My appointment was for the afternoon and decided to just head home after that instead of suffering through another night that I already paid for.

Overall, our stay was average with a mix of positives and concerns. We requested early check-in, which was denied due to cleaning. The next morning we were allowed to drop off bags, but less than 20 minutes after leaving, we were told cleaning was complete. This raised concerns, which were confirmed upon return. The unit did not appear properly cleaned—counters were sticky and dusty, the bathroom and shower (including tracks) were dirty, and windowsills had not been cleaned in some time. Walls were scuffed with missing paint, and some finishes appeared poorly done (e.g., a vent taped to the ceiling). The layout worked well for our family, with two bedrooms, kitchen, living space, and laundry. There were also maintenance issues. The hot water only reached lukewarm temperatures throughout our stay. I messaged the host about this and noise from upstairs tenants late at night. While they responded about the noise, the hot water issue was not addressed. The kitchen sink also would not hold water, making dishes difficult. The location was farther from downtown than expected, but manageable via Uber to Bramalea GO for transit. Overall, the space met basic needs but requires a thorough cleaning and better maintenance.
