3. Dispose of Rubbish Properly 正确丢垃圾
When the bin is full, please throw rubbish into the rubbish chute on your floor.

4. Toilet Usage 使用厕所
Always flush after use.
Do NOT throw wipes, tissues, or sanitary items into the toilet.
使用完必须冲水。

5. Strict No Smoking 禁止吸烟
This is a strict non-smoking unit.
A $300 deduction will apply if smoking is detected.

6. Key & Fob Care 钥匙与门禁卡
Please take care of the key and access card.
Lost key or fob replacement fee: $200.
请妥善保管钥匙与门禁卡。

Strictly no storing or using illegal substances.
Violation results in immediate eviction with no refund.

We provide approx. 3 days of supplies.
Extra items can be replenished for a small fee or you may purchase nearby.
