Yes, the host was very responsive and addressed our questions quickly. Everything was clean and the property was well tended to. The property was in a nice walkable neighborhood and close to the beach, parks and restaurants and shopping. We drive an EV and there was an excellent fast charging station within 2 miles.

House is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The pool was one of the best features. It was a good size and just being on the back patio made you feel like you were in a tropical paradise. The beds were super comfortable and the house was beautiful. Would definitely recommend booking this house.

Pros: The house was roomy and very clean and in a great location. Cons: The pool was freezing so unfortunately we didn’t get to swim. The ice maker on the fridge is broken. One day we came back to the house and the TV was on so that was sketchy. We also noticed someone walking around the house on one day.. wasn’t sure if it was a neighbor or not. And on our check out day we weren’t even pulled out of the driveway more than one minute and someone had pulled into the driveway. Could have been the cleaners but all of these weird instances made us feel like we were being watched.
