This chalet combines modern architecture, top-of-the-range finishes and warm comfort: large, bright open-plan living space, designer kitchen, convivial dining room, and large picture windows overlooking the forest. A wooden terrace provides the perfect outdoor space for relaxing, enjoying a drink or taking in the scenery.
Enjoy a private outdoor spa. The atmosphere is one of relaxation, whether in the morning, at sunset or under a starry sky. An outdoor fireplace completes the experience for cosy evenings. Air conditioning is on hand for summer days, while winter invites you in for the warmth of wood and windows framing a snowy backdrop.

Street parking not permitted.

Ski-in / ski-out: the chalet's location provides direct access to the Val Saint-Côme slopes.

The village of Saint-Côme also organises festivals, such as the Ice Sculpture Festival in winter.
