About this property
Beautiful Lakefront House at Echo Lake
Welcome to paradise! This 3000 sqft walkout has plenty of space and options for everyone! You’ll enjoy 115 feet of lake front, natural beauty of the valley, and a treed oasis in the backyard. Includes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, futon, air mattress and cot for extra sleeping. New fully appointed kitchen, lots of zones including a lakeside tiki bar/patio, 3 fire pit zones with birch wood (1), smart TVs, Sonos sound, excellent wifi, lots of games (inside and out) and all the amenities you would need.
LOCATION
In the highly desirable B-Say-Tah resort village - south side of Echo Lake. A short walk to B-Say-Tah beach, 5 minute drive to Fort Qu’Appelle amenities and the farmers market (summer), 8 minute drive to Mission Ridge Winter Park, 8 minute drive to Echo Ridge Golf Course, 8 minute drive to all the fun offered at Echo Valley Provincial Park: skating loop, biking and hiking trails, climbing wall, sauna, campground, boat launch, more beach and mini golf.
PARKING
Excellent parking for 6 vehicles: 2 in front of the garage, 4 across the street and 3 more vehicles adjacent to the fence, if needed. We say this because parking is limited in the valley.
EATS + DRINKS
Brand new modern kitchen with all the things you would need. Keurig coffee bar with frother and a range of coffee and tea options for your convenience. Basic condiments and spices: salt and pepper mills, hot sauce, tabasco, mustard, relish, ketchup, vinegar, margarin, coffee creamer, sugar. Outdoor propane BBQ on the upper level. Traeger smoker available upon request. If the fresh herbs are grown in, help yourself. (basil, cilantro, mint).
SLEEP + BEAUTY
Upstairs - one king room and one queen room each with their own bathroom including a shower for each.
Downstairs - one king room (with additional futon) and one queen room. One lower level bathroom with shower. Extra bedding in benches or closet of each room.
Each bathroom includes EST. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a toothbrush and razor in case you forgot. Make-up wipes and hair dryer.
INSIDE FUN
Table curling, piano, Nintendo Wii, board games, books, crafts, puzzles, yoga mats, smart TVs with fire stick. Designated desk with monitor, HDMI cable. Retro record player with a few oldies and new options to give a spin.
OUTSIDE
Well lit dock, heavy and light weight Adirondack chairs, multiple hang out zones featuring a lakeside tiki bar with mini fridge, basic cups and blender to get you started, backyard hammock, yard games cornhole, yardzee, giant jenga, spike ball, kuub, awesome fire pit with seating for about 10 people around, excellent birch firewood, life jackets in a range of sizes. Pickleball rackets and balls. Available upon request: stand-up paddle board, 1 adult kayak and 1 youth kayak. Lots to do any time of the year
There are stairs on the property. If you experience limited mobility, you will be able to access the main floor of the house and upper deck (down 5 stairs at the gate entry and up 4 to the front door). It will likely be challenging to get to the lower lake level as there are close to 15 stairs.
The docks are in the water from May 15 - September 30 each year.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house and private yard. We do have a locked pantry, bar fridge, closet and storage room in the basement unavailable for guests. The detached garage and boathouse are unavailable for guests.
