St. Bernard View, Tawonga South (Wifi, Foxtel)

St. Bernard View is a two story holiday house in Tawonga South, two kilometers from the centre of Mt Beauty and 30 kilometres from Falls Creek ski resort. It is ideal for couples, a large family, two family groups or a group of friends.

The house comprises a very comfortable ground floor and a luxurious upstairs renovation with stunning, uninterrupted views of Mt Bogong. The house has two separate living areas, three TVs, sound system and DVDs, a wood heater downstairs. and two air-conditioners, dishwasher, fully equipped laundry, pool table and Foxtel TV (including all Fox Sports).

Downstairs consists of:
One queen size bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds in each, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, a laundry and a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet, a lounge area with TV and a pool room. Decking runs the length of the house, bordered by ferns with a Weber BBQ..

Upstairs consists of: a large lounge area with TV and sound bar plus a Geneva sound system for iPods and CDs. There is a wide selection of DVDs and CDs available to play. There is also a sink, bar fridge and preparation area for snacks/breakfast and a dining setting. There is a queen size bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, large walk in robe area and ensuite bathroom. A balcony runs the lengths of two sides of the house, containing an outdoor setting.

All linen, doonas, blankets and towels are supplied.

The house has a great flow of indoor/outdoor living with the downstairs and upstairs deck areas making it a very nice place to relax. The house is packed full of things to make your stay very enjoyable. Good off street parking is also provided. The kitchenette upstairs comes in very handy too.

Wonderful stay

We were two families staying for a long weekend to enjoy the beginning of winter. The house was wonderfully accommodating. It is spacious, the fireplace (and all the wood provided) made us feel very cozy. There is a great selection of music and plenty to do in the house. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen very convenient. In short, a perfect stay and we highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay

We had a very comfortable stay in a very beautiful part of the world. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Everything just worked. The view of Mt Beauty every morning, from the balcony, was fantastic. We will definitely visit again. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us.

Well equipped, comfortable, with good views, undercover parking and two large living areas with kitchen facilities. Having six separate beds in four different rooms was a useful feature for our group.

Jazz lovers paradise

Lovely house, very well appointed and very clean. The owner is clearly a long term Jazz fan, with an extensive CD (mostly Jazz) and really interesting books about music. Sonja was very responsive for our last minute trip, wonderful stay, and I would go there again!

Lovely stay near Falls Creek

Great winter stay near the snow resorts. Our group had a comfortable time here and appreciated the heaters in every room. Place was clean and as advertised.
