Location: Located directly on the Dornumersiel health resort, only a few minutes' walk to the beach, heated seawater swimming pool or fishing and marina. Shops and various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Fishing opportunities are right behind the house


Equipment: kitchen with double sofa bed, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo Pad machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, satellite TV, DVD player, radio,, iron, ironing board. Separate bedroom with double bed and additional TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, washing machine and toilet. Terrace and small garden with garden furniture. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a private parking space directly adjacent to the garden.
Bicycles can be stored in the basement of the house

Ein schönes Domizil in herrlicher Lage!Schlüsselübergabe klappte völlig unkompliziert und exakt wie per SMS vereinbart. Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - als I-Tüpfelchen wäre ein Backofen klasse. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet sogar inklusive einiger Details wie Schere, scharfes Messer... WLAN-Empfang ist hervorragend! Ab mittags ist die schöne uneinsehbare Terrasse besonnt. Kurzer Weg zum Strand oder Hafen, 15/20 Minuten Fußweg. Super praktisch, dass direkt hinter der Terrassenhecke der zugehörige Parkplatz liegt. Gepäck entlädt sich dadurch ganz wie von selbst.Mein Fazit: Ich war zum ersten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung, aber ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Hallo Lieber Gast, das mit dem Duschvorhang haben wir leider zu spät Anlässlich unseres eigenen Aufenthaltes heute auch zur Kenntnis genommen und diesen sofort chemisch reinigen lassen für die Zukunft liegt in der Abstellkammer immer ein Ersatz bereit falls von der Reinigungskraft etwas übersehen wird

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung

Auch beim zweiten Mal haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - mit Ausnahme einer Spülmaschine und eines Backofens, was beides aber auch wirklich nicht in die Küche passt. :-) Der vorhandene Platz ist effizient genutzt und dabei alles liebevoll eingerichtet. Und Dornumersiel an sich ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert!

Sehr schön, die Umgebung super! App. Etwas staubig und klein ist besser fuer zwei. Alles war vorhanden bis auf kleinen Backofen mussten umherfahren weil an der Bäckerei meist ausverkauft war. Wäre schön wenn man brötchen auch aufbacken könnte. Und die Wohnung in dieser zeit etwas aufgewärmt wäre es war lange sehr kalt. Ansonsten war alles super ! Gerne wieder!

Alles was man braucht

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet und völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage in einem großen Gebäudekomplex und einigen Häusern in ähnlicher Bauweise sind leider nicht so schön. Für ein paar Tage ist es aber okay. Vor allem preislich ist es an der Küste nunmal günstiger als auf Norderney.

Kleine Wohnung in großem Block. Haben uns ganz wohl gefühlt und die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen genutzt. Leider ist das Bad, bzw. die Duschkabine sehr voll Schimmel. Das war wirklich nicht schön und müsste dringend mal behoben werden.

Nette, sehr kleine Wohnung, geeignet für zwei Personen, das Doppelbett ist doch arg klein 😊 Sonst ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, vielleicht eine größere Pfanne noch 😊. Die Wohnung war klein, für unseren Zweck die passende Größe. Die Einrichtung war alt, aber gut. Das Bett hat fürchterlich gequietscht. Die Wohnung war sauber. Eine Steckdosenleiste war sehr dreckig! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Grundsätzlich hätten wir noch länger bleiben wollen und würden auch bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen.

Kurztrip

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und man ist trotzdem nahe am Geschehen. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig nicht zu weit. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeit für die Frühstücksbrötchen war auch nahe bei. Alles in Allem war es ein gemütlicher und entspannter Kurztrip für uns gewesen.

Kurzurlaub in Dornumersiel....ruhiger Sielhafen...falls mehr Abwechslung gewünscht,

Keine Lageplan der Wohnung Nr. 10, resp. wo ist Parkplatz Nr. 10 !!! kein Hinweis auf den Sicherungskasten, Hausmeister beim Telefonat eher kurz angebunden (unhöflich). Das Doppelbett (1,4 m breit) knarrte bei jeder Bewegung, deshalb schlief meine Frau auf der Schlafcouch im WZ. (Kein Handy-Empfang über O2 Netz) Staubflusen und Haare am Fußboden. Wohnungseinrichtung war absolut ok.
