Great property one block south of the beach. Second floor great room and kitchen is huge and a great place to relax. Beds were comfortable and the pool was great for sunning. There’s a deck off the kitchen with a gas grille that we used. Met Chris, the owner, very nice guy and very attentive. Made sure we were all set and taken care of. Overall, an excellent property.

We stayed here for 4 days/3 nights with 6 adults. The house was very spacious and clean. The pool is a great addition for just relaxing after coming back from the beach. We took the ferry into NYC one day and having that very close and as an option was great! The house had all of the necessities. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice new property hosted by a lovely family. It has contemporary decor including very nice beds and couches. The pool is larger than we expected and very clean. A bonus was the spacious game room which kept my family occupied for hours. Finally the host was very attentive and kind. Great family-friendly rental!

The calm before the storm

We had to make a quick trip to the area, and a quick exit thanks to the wonderful winter storm rolling into the area; however, the accommodations could not have been better. The house was clean, quiet, and spacious. Everyone loved it!The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond to us when needed. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits.

The house is beautiful, and was in a pristine condition. However, there was no “check in process.” I didn’t receive any info on how to get in upon arrival. I had to call the contact person to get the access code, which didn’t work anyway. We tried it numerous times and weren’t able to get in. Very frustrating when we were all out together (no one to open the door). The master bath shower had hot water for only half of my shower (not good). I don’t know if it was a one time thing, because I didn’t use that shower again.Had to call again about the WiFi sign in, password, etc. I would suggest leaving info like this in the house for people to see instead of trying to get ahold of a person to help.Anyway, we spent a good bit of time trying to get these issues resolved. For the amount of money we spent on this place, we shouldn’t have to do this.

House was a great hub for us and the activities around the area we had planned. Everything was very clean and well stocked with household items you need. There are more amenities than what’s listed which was a good surprise when we got there. Very close walk to the beach and nice outdoor spaces to hang out.
