The Space
Step inside the historic Waughambeham homestead, meticulously restored across three distinct levels.
Wellness Amenity: Guests have access to a dedicated Sunlighten Infrared Sauna for relaxation and well-being, adding a high-end spa experience to your stay.
Ground Level: This level features the grand entry hall, the main living room, the formal dining room, and the gourmet chef's kitchen. It also includes the cozy second lounge retreat area with a wood heater/fireplace and doors leading directly out to a deck and the gardens. This level also contains two King bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom) and convenient access to an additional bathroom with a shower.
Middle Level: This level contains the remaining two spacious and comfortably appointed King bedrooms (one of which can be configured as a Super King).
Top Level: This level is dedicated entirely to the spectacular Entertainment Lounge/Bar Room. This unique social space features a dedicated bar and comfortable seating, with doors that open directly onto the covered veranda to take in the truly panoramic views of the rolling Melrose valley.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The home includes four King-sized bedrooms (or three King bedrooms and one Super King). There are 3.5 bathrooms in total, including multiple shower facilities and separate toilets distributed across the levels for guest convenience.
