Enjoy your stay in this bright 2-bedroom walkout basement suite in Rocky Ridge, a quiet and family-friendly NW Calgary community.
The area offers peaceful streets, mountain views, and nearby parks and walking trails, while still being minutes from shopping, restaurants, and major routes to downtown and Banff.
Most of the suite is above ground with plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable space for both short and long stays.
The space
This private suite includes:
• Over 1,000 sq. ft. of living space (renovated in 2024)
• Two bedrooms — an oversized master with a king bed, and a second bedroom with a queen bed
• One full bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances
• In-suite laundry (washer and dryer)
• Bright living and dining area
• Separate private entrance for full privacy
• Access to a fenced backyard
• Free street parking
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire suite.
You will enter through a private entrance, ensuring full privacy and convenience throughout your stay.
A keyless keypad lock is provided, and you’ll receive a 6-digit code for easy self check-in.
Distance:
• 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
• 5-minute walk to a large green space — great for walks or taking pets out
• 5-minute drive to Crowchild Trail
• 5-minute drive to Shane Homes YMCA
• 6-minute drive to Walmart, Sobeys, London Drugs, and A-Mart
• 15-minute drive to the University of Calgary
• 20-minute drive to downtown Calgary
• Easy mountain access — Kananaskis (1 hr) and Banff (2 hrs) are perfect for day trips
Other things to note:
•This suite is located in the lower level of a family home, with the host’s family (3 adults and 1 child) living upstairs. You may hear normal daytime household activity, particularly in the morning and early evening. We are mindful of guests and strictly observe quiet hours at night to provide a restful environment.
•For additional comfort in winter, an oil-filled space heater is available. Please use the heater on the LOW or MEDIUM setting only and do not operate it simultaneously with other high-power devices to avoid overloading the circuit.
Kitchen appliances such as the stove and the in-suite washer/dryer are on separate dedicated circuits and can be used normally.
