The space
Step inside Beachwood House and be greeted by sweeping ocean views from the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Sliding doors lead to a balcony overlooking the Pacific, the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks.

Downstairs, three ocean-view bedrooms promise comfort and style: a king master with ensuite and private balcony, a second king, and a queen. Each features wardrobe space and the kings feature USB-C ports for modern convenience. On the same level a family bathroom is complete with bath and there is a discreet kitchenette for tea, coffee, and laundry facilities to complete this level.

From the lower deck, a hidden path takes you directly to Currumbin’s golden sands in just a minute — your private gateway to the jewel of the Gold Coast.
Guest access
During your stay, you’ll have full access to the home’s living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and the private beach track. Off-street parking for up to three cars is included.

The garage is not available, but off-street parking is provided.

The paved courtyard and deck below the house are not accessible.

It’s not possible to walk around the exterior of the house from the front entry to the rear.

Some doors and windows are kept locked for owner storage and maintenance.

These restrictions won’t affect your comfort — the main spaces and all bedrooms offer the sweeping ocean views that make Beachwood House so special.
