This renovated, modern studio is located in Fairhope’s premier Fruit and Nut district. It’s only three blocks from Mobile Bay, with pier access for fishing, swimming, or catching incredible sunsets. You can walk or bike to downtown Fairhope in minutes for shopping and dining. This 400 sq ft studio is located behind a main house, surrounded by a lush landscape. The studio has clean, white linens on the bed, a full sized fridge, microwave, and access to a gas grill. We have a paddle board and a 6-seater golf cart for rent. You’ll have access to flat screen tv (w/Roku), wireless internet, Google devices, a large covered porch with giant fans, an open patio for al fresco dining, Come stay, relax, and see all Fairhope has to offer!

A very pleasant place to stay

It was in a quiet neighborhood. Great off-street parking for 1 car. Backyard and porch were very pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic stay. My wife and I were made to feel so welcome by the hosts. Everything and everyone was wonderful. The property was ideally located for downtown Fairhope and the beach equally. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area
