Note: This is a self catered accommodation, so there are no groceries stocked in the property. There are grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, and all food delivery apps service the complex. When shopping, be sure to remember to purchase desired staples like oil, salt, pepper and condiments as they are not provided.

The Neighborhood:

This beautifully family friendly themed home is located in Caribe Cove Resort, only 10-15 minutes from the Disney theme parks and within a couple miles of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. In this resort you will have all the advantages of a vacation home plus access to a gated pool, hot tub, fitness center and picnic area. I-4 is minutes away, providing easy access to all of Orlando's attractions.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available, however renting a car is recommended anywhere you stay in Orlando. Plenty of free parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

1. Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement form.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement specifies another time in advance, with a fee to be charged for late departure..



4. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash. Trash collection details will be provided prior to check in according to the community set up.



5. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know as soon as possible. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call VillaKey. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and decor in check-in condition and placed back in original locations if moved so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly. Fees may be charged for alterations unless arrangements have been made in advance
