This cool apartment is in the basement floor of our newly renovated home, very bright - with large windows all around, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Don Mills. Walking distance to Shops at Don Mills - a lifestyle centre-type shopping centre, Eduard Garden, parks, restaurants. It's self-contained, private and has all the amenities for a great stay!
The suite is perfect for families, couples, and business travelers. It has 8ft ceilings and plenty of natural light. The unit is completely self-contained with a separate entrance, a full kitchen (electric stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker) and laundry facilities.
The apartment has a private side entrances, one bedroom with comfortable double bed, two closets for clothes & storage and a three-piece washrooms stocked with washcloths and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped: double sink, stove/oven, fridge with freezer, built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots, cooking pans, cups, and utensils.
There's also a laundry room with both a washer and dryer & side storage.
You'll have access to one private parking spot on the front driveway.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No Cooking with Strong or Spicy Ingredients: We want you to enjoy your food, but the smell travel thru the house and can linger, affecting our space/furniture & the experience for future guests.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the house and in immediate vicinity of the house, as the smoke travels and our windows could be open. We are living in the premises so please respect this.
There are not allowed additional guests, unless they are registered through Vrbo app and I am notified well in advance which would mean a charge per guest per night as posted due the utilities cost.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
