Highly recommend this place, it is now one of my favorites and we will return. If seeking a quiet, relaxing and comfortable Colorado Mountain experience-this is the place. Lake Vallecito is a little hidden gem, it beautiful and the people are very welcoming. This mountain rental was very clean, with newer appliances and decorated very nicely. Val, the owner, was so kind and welcoming. When we needed something, Val was very receptive to our calls and messages. This is truly an amazing mountain get away and we can’t wait to go back!

This cozy apartment is set over looking the Vallecito Lake Dam. It was like new, the washer and dryer were amazing, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the couch in the living room was so beautiful and peaceful, deer grazing 10 feet away, so close and not bothered by us, and anything you needed was there. Val, our host, now friend, couldn’t be more friendly and cordial. She is amazing, her property was extremely clean with views everywhere you looked. We will stay again, and extremely reasonably priced!! Thank you Val and the lake for a restful and relaxing time!! See you next time!
