Host was very rude. He had control of the ac and hot water. Which we asked to please set it at 72, but it never got over 68. We had a 3 month old baby that couldn't stay in the house because of it being cold. The bathrooms still had soap and toothpaste from last guests. Host gave us the wrong code to the door then got mad at us because we called him. We have rented many condos in Gulf Sores, never have we had a problem like this. I would never rent from this host again.

The host has control of the air and hot water. we asked to have it set on 72, but never got over 68. He got mad at us because the code didn't work because he gave us the wrong one. He was very upset that we called him. He actually told me to be quiet. That is not how a host is to talk to the people paying for this rental. Used soap in both bathrooms in the showers, toothpaste in the sinks. roaches running around. Half a roll of tp. No paper towels. We have pictures of everything that we found. My daughter and husband were there and witnessed this all. My daughter also heard him tell me to be quiet. I have rented from Vasca never had a problem But this was horrible. We were in Phoenix to see are great grandson who is only 3 months old. They couldn't stay because it was too cold for him in the house. I would never rent from this man eve again.
