Overall great! Only thing consider it a flaw was that we killed multiple cockroaches! We are from northern state, never saw cockroach in life, maybe for Texans it's not a big deal, so can't really criticize that.

Our stay was very good overall. The house is very nice, and the pool and outdoor area is larger and more impressive than they seemed in the pictures. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We also very much appreciated the early check-in. However, we did notice that many of the amenities were older, outdated, or nonfunctional - including the BBQ grill, the outdoor speaker, the kitchen ice maker, the patio furniture, the diving board, and much of the pool equipment. Much of the house was restricted, and made inaccessible for guests. Furthermore, I don’t like when properties charge cleaning fees, and then impose lengthy check- out instructions. In total, the property and pool is very nice, but ultimately fairly expensive based on the mediocre amenities and appointments.

Everything was well stocked and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the heavy fragrances present in the property. I, like many, am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances which were present in the plugin used up to the sheets and towels being overly scented through the washing products.
