Banksia Bush Retreat is a calm, light-filled sanctuary designed for unwinding after a day of exploring. Step outside to abundant birdlife, enjoy a cup of tea on the deck, or simply breathe in the stillness of the bush.

When you’re ready for the coast, Anglesea’s beautiful beaches are only a few minutes’ drive away—close enough for daily swims, yet far enough to return to complete tranquility.

The house is fully equipped, with all bedrooms featuring high-quality Sheridan bed linen, plush towels and luxury bathrobes.

Brand-new appliances throughout—including a large smart TV with Wi-Fi—make it easy to relax after a day in nature and settle in for a cosy movie night.

The deck overlooks the surrounding bushland and includes a Weber BBQ for outdoor cooking. There’s also a fire-pit area to enjoy during the cooler months.

The area also supports 29 mammal species, with notable fauna including the critically endangered New Holland Mouse, Powerful Owl, and the Swamp Antechinus. This unique ecosystem is one of the most biodiverse areas in Victoria and is now part of the Great Otway National Park.
