Comfortable home in Good Location

I needed to rent a home for extended family to stay. This home was perfect. The rooms and house spacious. It was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was getting into the home. The code was incorrect. But the Property Manager responded quickly and gave us the right information. The Hosts was very accommodating. I would definitely rent again. Thank you.

Unsafe, unsanitary, uninhabitable

I did not stay. Smoke alarms disconnected. Feces stain in the toilet shower cutain falling down. Bugs everywhere. No help from Vacasa. I want every cent returned to me. My booking fees as well. I have countless pictures and emails to back all this up. Please refund my money in full that VRBO already took. Im fighting Vacasa for the rest.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was in a great location near shopping and restaurants . We were disappointed with the lack of lighting in the living room. We arrived after dark and it was difficult to find light switches for the one light in the entry way. Outside of house needed a pressure washing. Porch was covered with spider webs full of dead bugs. We had some very friendly lizards in our shower and in the kitchen. The layout of the house seems to focus on the back yard. Sliding glass doors in most rooms. No outside furniture except for a grill. We would have use the screened in porch if there had been a table and chairs out there.

This property was very disappointing. The house had an enclosed screened porch but no outdoor furniture to sit on. Dining room chairs were taken outside to enjoy the porch. The master bathroom shower curtain had tears in it and the shower leaked. The bath linens were rather tattered and stained. There was no hair dryer or iron although one was provided when the manager was called. There was a dishwasher but no tablets so dishes were washed by hand. One bedroom still had the plastic on the mattress. There were many dings in the walls and tiled floor. I would not recommend this house to anyone.
