This spacious single family home includes 2 bedrooms, one full bath with huge back yard. We are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood named the lakes area. Renown Hollywood beach is less than 3 miles away. Proximity to golf courses, West Lake Park (offering paddle board and kayak rentals). We are 1 mile away from hollywood’s downtown district offering a variety of shops, restaurants, night life and grocery stores. Gulf stream, casino & horse racing less than 1 mile away. Our home is fully equipped with a full kitchen including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, cofee maker and small appliances. Home has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining room & living room connected. Bedroom 1 is a big room with king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Private driveway.
